4. Repair Authorization
By authorizing repairs, you acknowledge that:
- You own the vehicle or have legal authority to authorize repairs.
- Additional repairs may become necessary if hidden damage is discovered.
- We will make reasonable efforts to obtain authorization before performing additional billable work.
5. Parts
Repairs may include:
- Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts
- Aftermarket parts
- Recycled or recycled OEM parts
Part selection may depend on customer preference, vehicle condition, manufacturer recommendations, and insurance requirements.
6. Vehicle Storage
Customers are responsible for timely pickup after repairs are completed.
Vehicles left beyond a reasonable period after notification may be subject to storage fees where permitted by law.
7. Warranty
Warranty coverage is subject to the written warranty provided at the time of repair.
Normal wear, accidents, misuse, improper maintenance, environmental damage, or repairs performed by others are not covered.
Please retain your repair documentation for warranty claims.
8. Intellectual Property
